Questions from fast casual operators

Can the menu sync to GrabFood and GoFood?

Yes. You manage the menu in the Butter backoffice and sync it to GrabFood and GoFood. Orders from both platforms arrive straight in the POS.

Which couriers can be booked for online orders?

GoSend directly, plus Grab Express, GoSend and Borzo through KiriminAja, and Dash. If a driver cancels, Butter rebooks automatically up to three times.

How is central-kitchen production recorded?

In the manager app the team runs a production run: the recipe is scaled, ingredients are weighed on an OHAUS scale, labels print on a Zebra printer, and a scan posts the stock.

What is Rain Mode?

Rain Mode is a POS switch that flags the outlet as rained-on. It stays on for an hour (extend or turn it off any time), syncs to every device at the outlet, and notifies the managers you choose. Sales channels can also be paused straight from the POS.
